Product Description

Hey all of you Audiophiles or vintage vinyl Record collectors, this is For YOU! This is a real find! A 1950's Artone model 321 portable electric Record player in a Red Alligator embossed leather latched hard case. This thing is Sweeeet! and she still works! The Record player has an on/Off volume switch and a selector switch to select either 78, 45 or 33 1/3 RPM the player also comes with a metal center adapter piece to fit the larger center holes of the 45 or 33 1/3 RPM records that piece is marked Webster corporation Chicago. The cased player measures 12 1/2'inches long by 10" inches wide by 5" inches tall when closed and locked. With the lid open in the upright playing position the player is 13" 3/8" inches tall total. You will find similar ones online elsewhere , but many are reproductions, if you want he real deal this is it AND likely the only one you'll find in Red Alligator embossed leather a Real keeper! The playre does spin and when you put the needle down on the albums yo ucan hear faintly the sound trying to come thru, so I think it will need either a new needle or a tube in side replaced which could probably be done by a tv or radio repairman who does the vintage tube types, maybe even someone at a music shop that works on old tube amps. This would make a great gift for any Audiophile or collector of music pieces, records what have you....
